中國橡膠網絡了解到，“綠色鞋類材料有限的材料需求”系列標準是由中國橡皮工業協會於2017年6月20日發布的，並將在2017年10月1日實施。這一系列標準借鑒了歐盟範圍的法規，美國CPSIA和其他法規要求，並推動了針對鞋子的技術要求的國家強制性標準的要求。與歐盟鞋類生態標準2009\/563\/EC相比，標準主要集中在有限物質的要求上，對鞋類材料進行分類，並設置對不同鞋子材料的相應極限要求。標准設置更精緻，更合適。橡膠鞋的原料和輔助材料的質量控制。
The China Rubber Industry Association sent a staff member to participate in the "Defense of 100 Group Standard Demonstration Projects of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology" held on October 12. According to Liu Lanxuan, Secretary-General of China Rubber Association Rubber Shoes Branch, the "Green Footwear Materials Limited Material Requirements" series of group standards includes five standards, which respectively require limited material requirements for soles, rubber and plastic parts, adhesives, uppers and metal accessories.
